Thank you for taking time to visit my web site. I hope it is helpful to you as you learn to play the guitar. I have been playing guitar since I was old enough to pick a toy guitar up. I was about two years old the first time, according to my mom.

The photo above is of my standing behind some guitars at the Country Music Hall Of Fame. The double green one in the middle belonged to Alabama! They are so cool.

I took my first real guitar lesson when I was seven years old and have been playing ever since. Music is my passion. I play guitar, piano, and drums and I love just about every kind of music there is. I have even written some songs, mostly Christian, so when my dad told me to get a job, I asked about doing a web site. Site Build It! or SBI for short and I started my site in September of 2008. I know I don't have much up yet, but with school, music lessons, and writing the Christmas musical for our church youth department, I don't have too much time left over. Give me a little time, and I will get some more pages up, along with some video lessons for you.

No, this is not a get rich quick scheme as you read about on the internet. I can tell you that so far it has been a lot of work and I have not yet made a dime (as of October 2008). But I have a bigger picture in mind. I know that after a few months of hard work, building pages, and growing relationships with you, my visitors, I will begin to earn some money.

It will take time but as I build my own web site, I am creating my very own business to keep. And since it is mine and I love everything about guitars, I will give it my very best. I can use my time to take more music lessons and practice, instead of flipping burgers nights and weekends like some of my friends are having to do.

As I gain more knowledge, I will pass that on to you in advanced lessons. I am looking forward to sharing my love of the guitar with you. Remember, I am always here to help you if you have a problem with a lesson. You can contact me here and I will get back to you as soon as possible.
